Sometimes people accidentally cut off the elastic safety band. It is very easy to readjust an elastic band. We will gladly provide you with them. We don't make credits for this.

How to adjust the replacement elastic?

You can simply slide the elastic through the designated pocket, tie a knot and then you have a new elastic safety band to provide extra safety around the clip. 

Sometimes customers find it hard to do it themselves, in this case you can also ask the customer to send or bring the carrier to you and attach the elastic for the customer.
