What is the safety slider for?

We recently have provided an extra safety slider to the band. It is not obligatory to use this, you can use the carrier safely without using it. This is not to shorten the strap. To resize your toddler carrier quickly, simply remove the strap from the safety slider. You can pull the band through the safety slider after you resized the band.
